Shipping Policy

At Poupao, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and in good condition. That’s why we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. You can rest assured that we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Netherlands

No matter where you are, well do our best to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Shipping Costs

- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders
- Express Delivery: $20.00 (optional upgrade at checkout)

Order Processing & Shipping Time

- Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Express Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to external factors such as holidays, customs delays, carrier issues, or severe weather conditions.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00, New York) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Methods

We primarily ship via DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@poupao.com.

Address Changes

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Therefore:
- Changes to the shipping address must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.
- Once the order is in transit, we are unable to make any address changes.

Please email contact@poupao.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses for a single order.
If you need items sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Order Tracking

You can track your order on the Track Order page using your tracking number, or by entering your order number and email address.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at contact@poupao.com within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected arrival. We will work with the carrier to investigate and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Holiday Delays

Please be aware that during peak seasons and national holidays (such as Christmas, New Year, and public holidays), both processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes and shipping carrier delays.

Return Address

If you need to return an item, please contact us first at contact@poupao.com to obtain the correct return address. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
